Let your Facebook posts go automatically go to Twitter, let your company tweets go to your company LinkedIn profile, etc. Make sure that if someone finds your company on one social media outlet, that you can recruit them to be a fan and follow you on all of them. Encourage them with different deals on different networks.

Another important step that many look over is properly integrating your social media profiles with your website. It’s important that you make it known that your company is social. Current clients and prospects love to see what’s going on and know that you have more going on than they might think. It’s also an amazing platform for you to interact with your customers and let others see it.

Once you’re understanding the social media circle and consistently updating all of your accounts, you might, over time, plateau with a certain number of fans. It’s important to keep things interesting and encourage further interaction from your customers. A good way to do this is to offer promotions and exclusive deals for social media fans. You’d be surprised how giving away such a little thing, can cause such a big reaction.
