Basch Solutions just moved its headquarters to Lakewood Ranch. After 18 years and 300+ websites built out of Rochester, NY, we're putting down roots in Manatee County — and we're building websites for the small businesses we live alongside. If you're a Lakewood Ranch owner who needs a real website, we want to talk to you.
Take The Next Step
Most agencies that say they "serve Lakewood Ranch" do it from a different state. They've never been to Main Street at LWR. They've never sat in traffic on University Parkway. They've never met you in person — and they never will.
We're different. We live here. The Basch family relocated our headquarters to Lakewood Ranch because we wanted to be part of this community, not just sell to it. We eat at the restaurants. We use the local contractors. We send our kids to school here. We shop at the same places you do.
When you hire Basch Solutions, you're hiring a neighbor — somebody who's actually invested in this community, somebody you can call directly when something matters, and somebody who genuinely wants the businesses around us to win. That's the part you can't outsource overseas, and it's the part that matters most when you're trusting someone with your livelihood online.
Let's Talk"Justin and his team were fantastic! The website design was exactly what we wanted to project as it relates to our business values. Justin was super responsive and the communication was great! I highly recommend Basch Solutions for anyone looking for great website design and on going marketing support!"

Whether you run a one-person service business out of your home or a five-location operation, we build the website that fits your business — not a generic template that boxes you in.
Contractors, med spas, salons, fitness studios, attorneys, accountants, pest control, lawn care, cleaning services — anyone whose phone needs to ring or whose calendar needs to fill. We design for the lead, not the look.
Menus, online ordering integrations, reservations, event bookings, catering pages — fast-loading, mobile-first, and structured so Google can actually surface your hours, photos, and reviews.
Agent sites, brokerage sites, property listings, vacation rental pages, HOA portals — designed for a market where buyers research everything online before they ever pick up the phone.
Online stores for boutiques, makers, and small retailers. Real product management, real checkout, real reporting — without locking you into a monthly platform fee that scales with your sales.
Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, Shopify themes — they all promise "easy." What they actually deliver: slow page loads, generic design that looks like every other small business in the area, hidden monthly fees, and SEO penalties that bury you in search results. Worst of all? You don't really own your site. The day you stop paying, it's gone.
A custom Basch Solutions site is faster than 95% of the small business sites you'll see locally, ranks better in Google because it's structured properly from the ground up, and is yours to keep. Forever.
After 18 years and 300+ launches, there isn't much we haven't built. Here's a sample of the types of businesses we've worked with — many of which translate directly to small businesses thriving in the Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota market.
A small slice of our portfolio — picked because they're the kinds of small businesses thriving right here in Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota. Every one of these was designed and built from scratch.

We're based in Lakewood Ranch but we work with small business owners across the broader Manatee and Sarasota County area. If you're nearby, we'll come to you.
It depends entirely on what you need. A clean, simple small business site can start as low as $1,500–$2,000. A more traditional, complex site — with deeper functionality, design polish, and richer content — typically lands in the $5,000–$8,000 range. A full custom build with e-commerce, integrations, professional content production, and ongoing support can run $10,000–$15,000+. Sites with full-blown API integrations or advanced custom platforms can run $20,000+. The variables are scope, complexity, and functionality — not just page count. No two businesses are the same, so we don't pretend to have a one-size-fits-all package. Tell us what you're trying to do and we'll give you a real, honest number.
Anywhere from a week to a few months — it all depends on scope. A focused single-page site can ship in a week. A multi-page build with custom functionality, integrations, and content production takes longer. Time equals cost — the more we're building, the more it takes (and the more it's worth). We'll give you a realistic timeline up front based on what you actually need, and we'll hit it.
Sometimes — when it makes sense for the project. We're locally based in Lakewood Ranch, so for the right fit we're happy to meet face-to-face. That said, most of our work happens by phone, video, and email — that's how we keep timelines tight and prices reasonable. If you're a likely fit and an in-person conversation would actually move things forward, we'll absolutely set one up.
Yes. We host the sites we build on our own infrastructure, and we offer affordable ongoing support for content updates, security patches, and small changes. You're never stuck waiting on a stranger to fix something — and you're never stuck with a site you can't update.
Absolutely — that's actually one of the most common projects we take on. We'll audit what you have, identify what's working and what's holding you back, migrate your existing content, and build you something modern that actually performs. You don't lose your search rankings in the process — we make sure of it.
Yes. Basch Solutions is a full-service digital agency. While the website is the foundation, we also handle SEO & local marketing, content creation, and social media strategy. Most of our small business clients use us for at least two of those — because the website only works if people actually find it.
It depends on the project. Most of our clients end up on our own custom CMS that we've developed and refined for nearly two decades — it's lean, fast, and doesn't rely on a wall of plugins to function. But WordPress is genuinely the right fit for some projects, and so is a fully made-to-order build from scratch. We'll tell you honestly which platform makes the most sense for your business and walk you through the trade-offs. We're a "right tool for the job" shop, not a "one stack fits all" one. Read more on the custom websites page.
Send us a quick note about your business and what you're trying to build. We'll get back to you, ask the right questions, and figure out together whether we're the right fit. No pitch deck, no pressure — just a clear conversation about whether this makes sense.
