Recently, we experienced a perfect example of this lifestyle approach during a regular morning visit to the Rochester Public Market.

A Morning at the Market

The public market is a vibrant hub that truly captures the essence of Rochester. Every visit is a unique experience, a sensory treat filled with colors, scents, and sounds that make the community feel alive. This time, however, our trip had a new vibe, thanks to our youngest (and quite possibly the cutest) brand ambassador - my 16-month-old son!

Sporting the Basch Solutions tee with as much pride as his dad, he explored the bustling lanes of the market. From interacting with local vendors to waving at fellow visitors, his enthusiasm was infectious, making our visit all the more delightful.

As he paraded around in his company shirt, it struck me - our brand isn't merely about the services we provide. It's about the values we stand for, the relationships we build, and how we participate in our local community.

Having our son as the 2nd youngest member of #TEAMBASCH is a beautiful way to instill the love of local and a sense of community early on. He’s learning, in the most organic way possible, about the importance of supporting local businesses and contributing to the community spirit. And, while he's at it, he's certainly making our Public Market visits a lot more adorable!
